I ever wanted to combine business and social impact. HelperChoice is a perfect match as we contribute to fight against modern slavery while achieving high business potential.
As CEO, I manage the operational team. I build and implement the global development strategy and I make sure our services meet the best standards. I ensure we reach our two goals: being a key player and getting a significant social impact.
I am passionate about gender equality and women’s empowerment, that’s why I decided to join HelperChoice which shares the same passion. Working at HelperChoice made me realize that we can change the rules of the game while offering an innovative and effective way of hiring!
As Community Manager, I answer to your questions and comments via all the channels, participate to the content marketing and contribute to various projects to make sure that employers find the right helper and conversely.
Being passionate about innovations I am convinced they can improve everyday lives and society at a larger scale. I joined HelperChoice because it is the ideal fit between digital and positive impact on the community.
As Business Developer, I am in charge of developing our services, such as our Academy, as well as our partnerships. I also take part in the content marketing and communications campaigns.
I am a MSc Management student, and I decided to join HelperChoice for one of my first working experiences as it is an opportunity to work for a real purpose. I can be at the core of one of the thorny issues of the country I just landed, while discovering how this startup works.
As an Intern, I give a hand on every projects that are in the pipeline: with a special focus on benchmarking study, media, as well as the development of HelperChoice Academy training offer.
I quit my full-time job in investment banking and founded HelperChoice because I was interested in modernizing the migrant domestic workers recruitment process and give more power to both helpers and employers.
As co-founder of the company, I advise the operational team of HelperChoice to help our business grow and help more and more employers and domestic workers find each other and build a healthy relationship.
HelperChoice was founded because we found it very difficult to accept that some people still had to pay to find a job. Given the new possibilities offered by the internet all across Asia and the Middle East, I was convinced one could create a win-win situation for both employers and employees by creating a specialised marketplace where they could interact, as there were none back then.
My experience as co-founder took me to other entrepreneurship ventures, I act now as an advisor and propose new ideas balanced between the efficiency needed in any company and our social angle which is the key of HelperChoice.
