As we move through the years, our platform continues to evolve, ensuring that the journey for both employers and helpers is built on a foundation of fairness, respect, and legal security.
HelperChoice is the first ethical platform connecting employers and foreign domestic workers directly. Our aim is to empower domestic workers by allowing them to find jobs for free, which eradicates the culture of placement fees and ensures safe and ethical working conditions during the entire contract.
We strongly believe that, through technology and digitisation, we can bring a fair, transparent and seamless recruitment process for foreign domestic workers and employers.
HelperChoice has facilitated thousands of hires in its operating regions, eliminating intermediaries and illegal placement fees. The platform has collaborated with the International Labour Organisation and NGOs.
For Saudi Arabia employers and applicants, our service aims to connect both parties through our online platform and our support consultants’ team.
We offer a dedicated support service during which we help you find the perfect domestic worker.
Step 1. You fill out our registration form which will evaluate the working conditions you offer to the applicant.
Step 2. If the working conditions match our ethical standards, we will get in touch with you to confirm the registration and send you our payment link.
Step 3. Our dedicated consultant will shortlist some applicants according to your needs, but also make sure that those applicants are equally interested in this position to avoid mismatching.
Step 4. Our dedicated consultant and recommended agency will guide you through the recruitment and deployment process.
Step 5. We will stay in touch with the domestic worker and yourself throughout the whole employment contract, making sure that her rights and working conditions are respected. If we estimate that they are not, we reserve the right to take actions and report the case to the authorities.
All our business partners and employees must treat our clients, foreign domestic workers and employers, with respect and dignity, and more importantly without judgment.
We believe that all foreign applicants should have access to the job market for free, therefore we make sure that our applicants do not pay any fee, either to our platform, nor to our recommended agencies in the Philippines.
Any additional training requested to domestic workers prior to deployment must be legally required and sponsored by the employer.
