HelperChoice Online Employment Platform – New User Guide

HelperChoice Online Employment Platform provides over 20,000 Filipino and Indonesian helper profiles. You may register an account for free and filter domestic helper profiles by their working experiences, cooking skills, nationality and ratings. Premium members, who subscribed to the platform service plan, can directly contact and interview helpers.

First, you visit HelperChoice homepage. Click “Sign Up” button. You will then be brought to HelperChoice platform, where you can view available domestic helper profiles. Click “Registration”, the orange box on the top right to create an account on HelperChoice platform.

Click “Domestic helpers”. Then, click “HELP” to continue registration.

Click “Next” and choose whether to register an account with your Facebook account or email address. Then, fill out basic personal information on the next page.

For more accurate search results, it is recommended that you provide more information in job posting, for example, the number of your family members, the number of children, main job duties, expected start date, salary offer, day off arrangement and so on.

Upon completion, you will be directed to the dashboard – your personal homepage, where you can click “Find Domestic Helpers” to start searching for domestic helpers. There is a filter function on the platform, which helps you filter helper profiles by their current location, current contract status, working experiences, cooking skills or nationality. You may also sort the helper profiles by the published date, relevance, ratings or distance. 

If you would like to know whether the helpers finished her last contract, broke the contract or got terminated due to former employer’s financial status or relocation issue, you may select the option in “Contract Status” in the filter. For more filter functions, please check here.

If you want to directly contact domestic helpers on the platform, you may subscribe to our platform service plan (click here for the subscription pricing). After successful payment, you may click “Send a message” on the helper profile page and contact domestic helpers for interviews.
