The first moment your name appears in front of possible hirers is when they look at your profile. With that said, your profile is critical to your chance of being hired.<\/p>\n<p>And not just that. By being specific and honest with your profile, <strong>you can let hirers have an accurate and comprehensive evaluation of you<\/strong> &#8211; and thereby <strong>avoid misunderstandings and nuisances<\/strong> that may arise after you begin working.<\/p>\n<p>If your profile is unclear and misleading, your employer may fire you as they find your ability is less than what your profile says or because they think you are dishonest.
