Try out and observe the elderly&#8217;s reaction<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Finally, if you find her suitable, you can invite her to the elderly&#8217;s home for a <strong>try-out<\/strong>. The elderly person\u2019s reaction is the most important thing you should look for. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Some elderly might dislike having an outsider and a foreigner in the house, and some elderly might not be able to understand the domestic helper\u2019s Cantonese. After the domestic helper has left, you can <strong>ask the elderly what he\/she thinks about her<\/strong>.
