Why your home prepared meals don't look quite as nice, as when you go to a fine dining restaurant? Chef Rene will show you his techniques that will have your next home prepared meal looking like you had a chef in the kitchen prepare and plate it.
For those who like a hands-on approach to cooking, Chef Rene also offers instructions on preparation and cooking techniques. He will take you through the whole meal process and when we're finished everyone has a complete meal as their reward.
- Each menu consists of 1 starter + 1 main course + 1 dessert. The menu changes every class.
- Main course examples:
- - Roasted Duck Breast Orange Sauce
- - Garlic and Parsley Butter Snails in Shells
- - Dover Sole Meuniere
- - Fresh Cottage Goat Cheese and Tomatoes Tart
- - Traditional French Coq Au Vin
Chef Rene-Etienne has over 35 years experience in French cuisine, was an Executive Chef and now is a full time Chef instructor in French Cooking Class. He had appeared on TVB Jade culinary show 'Original Food' and featured in numerous local newspapers and magazines such as Sing Tao Daily, Apply Daily, Hong Kong Walkers, Hong Kong Magazines and U Magazine, etc. He is desirous to share the knowledge of great recipes (including SECRETs) and his special techniques of classical and neo-classical French cuisine.
Each participant would receive a certificate upon completion of the course.
