  • How do I pay?
    You can pay with a credit card, via PayPal, or by bank transfer. If you pay by bank transfer, please send proof of payment to inquiry@helperchoice.com, and we will upgrade your account accordingly.
  • When will my membership be activated?
    Your account will be upgraded as soon as we have received payment confirmation. For payments by credit card, it will usually take less than 2 minutes. Note that payment via bank transfer can incur delays.
  • How can I cancel my membership?
    The payment you make is once-off. There is no recurring payment, so you don't need to do anything special to cancel your membership when it expires.
  • Where can I find my paid membership receipt?
    You can access to your invoice in your dashboard once you have completed the payment. You need to be logged in, go to the Section 'Job Ad' and click on 'Invoice' below 'Your Ad' when you are logged in.
