Breakfast Cooking Course by Hong Kong Helpers Cookery Classes
Have you ever dreamt about having Spinach and Feta Muffins or Almond Butter Porridge on your table every morning? Emma's classes will teach your helper how to prepare healthy foods for breakfast that are fast and delicious. How about starting the day with a mango chia pudding and green smoothie!
This course will also teach your helper the health benefits of the ingredients they are using and how to choose ingredients to prepare similar dishes using the same basic recipe. It is all gluten free and ingredients are substituted in order to increase the nutrition of every meal.
Healthy food does not need to take a long time to prepare and is definitely NOT boring! Emma's classes are more than just following a recipe, but getting your helper to think more creatively about food.

Classes are run by Emma Kwan, a certified health coach and personal trainer. Emma has worked as a chef for a diet delivery company and has owned her own juice cleansing and raw food snacks company in the UK. She believes that food is a powerful form of medicine and that the best diet is one which is gluten free, high in plant/whole foods with small amounts of good quality meat and fish.
Upon completion of the course the helper will receive a certificate detailing the different dishes they created that day, showing future employers the exact type of food they are able to cook.
