Unpretentious, simple and healthy dishes designed for family meals, lunchtime snacks or party teats. Built from locally available produce, this one-off class comes with a personalised cookbook complete with shopping lists, tailored alternative ingredients (for the picky eater or tough dietary requirements) and recommended suppliers for the best bang for your grocery buck. Previous spatula course experience is not necessary.
All students receive Spatula apron, cook book, carry bag and certificate of course graduation.
Your helper will learn how to look after a kitchen's ‘flow'. Cook without waste, cater for a crowd and chef with heart.
The price displayed is meant for 1 session of 4 hours.

Classes are held in a fully furnished, professional student kitchen which is found in Hang Hau Space. All students will have full control over their station and their own equipment. The course is designed and run by Nathan Fleck - chef, manger and founder of Casa Tapas Bar. The classes have a reputation for being loud, fun and filled with music.
Proof of graduation and ability, a Spatula certificate is signed and stamped by Nathan and all students will remain in an open what's app group in order to ask questions, share ideas/ingredients and pictures of dishes into the future.
