Intermediate Indian Cooking Class by Sav's Cooking
The 4-day course is spread over 4 weeks. On the first day, the students are taken to the market to source the ingredients, before returning to the kitchen to learn 4 dishes. The students then recreate what they have learned, the students are then able to sit down and enjoy a meal with each other, this happens at the end of every class.
The following week, in our experience, students return with questions and happy stories. The extra confidence is evident in the second week and continues throughout the course. The students are tested on their knowledge as the weeks progress. Altogether 16 dishes are taught: starters, mains, sides and salads.
On the final day, in addition to learning their final 4 dishes, they receive their certificate, lots of high fives and exchanged phone numbers.
Your helper will learn to not only recognise and source spices, but also the benefits and preparations of spices. This foundation will help them in preparing well-balanced and healthy meals.

My cooking school is a personal and small scale operation. My helper and I have been successfully running these classes for almost 6 years and everyone who participates does so actively, while being treated with the upmost respect. We make the classes fun while incorporating a hint of healthy competition. 95% of our clients are repeat clients, and some end up as friends. Our focus is on building confidence that will allow our students to replicate what they have learned.

The certificate is a Certificate of Completion. It recognises that Participant has successfully completed and passed Sav’s Intermediate Indian Cooking Course.
