Upon successful payment, you will be subscribed to the designated plan. It means that you can contact, chat and schedule interviews with domestic helpers directly on our platform.

Please note that your subscription plan will be automatically renewed.

However, if you have already found a helper on our platform or you no longer need this service, you may cancel your subscription at any time by going to your account under “premium” -> “options” -> “cancel renewals”.

Generally speaking, when the domestic helpers are already in Hong Kong, it takes a shorter time to process their visa application.

Finished contracts and contract renewals take around 2 weeks to process the visa application.

Terminated contracts by either the employer or the helper will take around 6 weeks to process IF the helper is authorised to stay in Hong Kong by the Immigration Department.

However, you may expect longer delays up to 2 months if the helper is required to go back to the Philippines to activate her new visa.

If the helper is currently NOT in Hong Kong, you may choose “Overseas Visa” and it will take around 3 months to process the application.

Of course yes! We are more than happy to help you to process your helper’s visa application even though she is not hired from our platform.

The package includes all mandatory visa process fees without any hidden fees.

With our 10 years agency experience in Hong Kong, workers’ visa applications are approved in most cases.

Nevertheless, if the worker’s visa application fails, we will provide you 3 month HelperChoice platform access for free and you may find a replacement on our platform.

Overseas Visa

In the event that the Worker is unable to start working in Hong Kong due to death, medical failure, pre-arrival disappearance on the worker’s part, or visa rejection by Hong Kong Immigration, you as the legal employer will be offered a 40% refund according to the Agency’s Protection Policy.

If the legal employer withdraws the application, the employer will be offered a 25% refund according to the Agency’s Protection Policy. Please note that there is no guarantee period after deployment and HelperChoice Ethical Service does not provide any free replacements.

Local Hire & Hire Renewal

If the employer cancels the application after we have prepared the contract and documents, we refund 75% of the payment.

If the employer’s application is not approved by authorities: We refund 70% of the payment.
