I would like to have a helper who can support me

we are a family of 4 members , husband wife and two kids 4 and half year old girl and 2 and half year old boy looking for a helper with experience dealing with young kids. we would like someone warm, friendly and kind to help with day to day tasks, experienced, flexible.

The priority is looking after the kids including doing activities with them and ensuring smooth day to day activity in clean and organized house. it is preferable someone who is super organized who can manage all things related to housekeeping( cleaning, laundry, ironing with ease. Someone who is wiling to work and support by being proactive.
