House maid is required for a family in Bahrain

Hi dear,
I hope you are well when you are reading my massage . I like first to introduce my self . We are an Arabic Muslim family in Bahrain which is a beautiful and peaceful century with friendly people. we are 2 parents with 4 young son and daughter . All are young and mature . 2 of my sons studying abroad , and one married and live in a separate flat . we stay at a high-level very clean beautiful house of two and half stories . I am a University doctor ( wife) . My husband is an engineer .

we require a Live-in , full time housemaid to work for two years contract , and do the following tasks : cleaning house, ironing , preparing the cooking ingredients for madam to cook , washing using full-Automated washing machine, and Helping in the small daily duties if asked.
English will be the main communication language to contact with housemaid except if she know Arabic and would like to speak Arabic.
We can offer salary of 320 $ monthly ( Ticket and Visa will be on your side ) :
we offer you :
1. salary of 320$ monthly
2. The housemaid will have a private room with bathroom inside the family house.
3. All thehousemaid Meals will be free ( she will eat what the family cooks daily , if she prefer some thing to cook it is ok ) .
4. Health treatments in our hospital
5. wifi
6. Private TV Place for you ( in the ground floor) for you .
7. Ticket and Visa expenses ( if the contract for 2 year and more)

Housekeeper will get a week of training from Madam .
ALL NEEDED INSTRUCTION WILL BE GIVING TO HER TO HELP HER DOING HER JOB PERFECTLY.
We will schedule a time to speak directly on the phone to conduct an online interview and discuss the position.

Personal skills we need for the Au-Pair :
1- Positive attitude, respect ,Quite, Smile face , friendly , not arguing .
2- following the Instructions
Job skills :
1-Cleaning skills
2-Cooking skills ( simple skills)- we can teach her.
3-fast in finishing the job.
