Elderly care for my dad in Singapore- Mandarin speakers only

Hi,
I am looking for an honest, reliable helper who is able to speak fluent Chinese -Mandarin, cook Chinese food, clean and assist my dad, aged 73, to go for strolls and trips to meet friends. He will be living on his own and needs help and someone to interact with.

Prefer helpers already living in Singapore vs overseas...
