Looking for a Housemaid/Nanny

We are a American family of 5 moved to Srilanka recently.Living in a luxury apartment in very prestigious are in Colombo.2 elder kids which is 9 & 7 going to school and 2 year old baby stays at home with my wife.
Maid has to be a fast learner prefer 25 ) to 40 and assist my wife day to day things house chores.Need to clean, cook (preferably Western food)and laundry/ironing. Keep the house in order, tide and neat.She need to be hygienic extremely clean person and non smoker.
