Live-in Female Shadow Teacher / ABA Therapist & Nanny

Child Profile:
We are looking for a dedicated female professional to support our son, a 6-year-old boy born in June 2020, diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). He is sweet, energetic, affectionate, and intelligent. He speaks and reads English at an excellent level. He has very good skills in riding an electric drift bike and using mobile devices. He responds best when spoken to in English.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy at home.
Act as a full-time School Shadow Teacher: go with him to school daily, sit with him in class, and support his learning and behavior throughout the school day.
Use play-based and structured teaching methods to improve his communication, social skills, emotional regulation, academics, and independence.
Engage him in active play, including bike riding and outdoor activities.
Assist with his daily routines (morning preparation, meals, hygiene, homework, and bedtime).
Take him to parks and Playgrounds to practice skills in real-life situations.
Keep clear daily records of his progress and behaviors.
Work closely with the parents in a positive, patient, and respectful way.
Requirements:

Female only.
Minimum 2–3 years of direct experience with children who have Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Formal training or certification in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) is highly preferred (RBT is a big advantage).
Previous experience as a School Shadow Teacher is mandatory.
Fluent in English – both spoken and written (very important because the child speaks and reads English very well).
Patient, energetic, creative, emotionally stable, and physically active.
Non-smoker with clean background and strong references.
Willing to live in Dammam, Saudi Arabia for the long term.
