Support worker for person with Autism and Domestic helper

We are looking for a support worker who is educated, can communicate in english, and is willing to learn how to support our son who has autism. He is 19 year old and we had several helpers in past who quickly learned how to interact with him. You will be trained to set his routines, involve him in activities of daily living, do simple activities, and take him out for a walk. In addition, light house work is expected. We have other helper who cooks. However, some house work will be distributed.
In return, we understand staying away from your family can be overwhelming. We give our employees respect they deserve, and a comfortable working environment that is rewarding.

Some experience working with children with special needs will be a bonus.
