Cooking and cleaning guru + currently located in HK please!

Hello!

I'm looking for an experienced helper to do cleaning for a middle-aged, healthy Chinese couple (2 member) household + 2 cars. No pets.

However, 4 days per week, cooking will be for 5 members at dinnertime when the couple's daughter and her husband and 2 year old child join.

I'm looking for someone with a positive attitude and can take the initiative to help. It would be great if you enjoy cooking and like to keep things clean and orderly.

We live in a 1500 sq ft flat in New Territories. You will have your private room (bunk bed is above washing machine) and private bathroom. We will provide meals and will accommodate to your dietary requirements (due to religion etc).

Strongly preferred if you are already in HK and available soon.
