Hi everyone: Thanks so much for your interest. Please read this before you reply. Please DO NOT just tell me you are interested, as that is not enough information. Could you please talk about three things in your message if you want to apply? If you do not, I will not read your message. Here are the three things:

1. Live out only. This is important. Please state in your reply that you understand live out, and are ok with this. If you live out now, let me know.

2. Please let me know your experience with dogs. The house has two pets - one cat, one dog. Two adults. No children. Liking pets is important.

3. Please tell me your experience with laundry, handwashing, ironing and dry cleaning. I am an executive is important, and have a job that needs nice clothing every day.

I want to hear your response to these three points to consider your application please. Thanks!

In this house, the main jobs are laundry, cleaning, shopping for groceries and taking care of pets. If you do not love pets, do not apply. If you like wan chai bars, do not apply.
