Helper needed to manage house and support with newborn care

I am from the US and my husband is from Costa Rica. We are expecting our first baby in mid May. Our jobs are flexible and we aim for at least one of us to work from home each day with the baby and helper.

We are looking for a helper who has experience with newborns and has good references from pervious employer(s). We hope to find someone warm and kind to join our home.
The main tasks will be to prepare and cook meals, grocery shopping, keep the apartment clean, laundry, and support with the baby while we are working.
From May through July I will be on maternity leave, so I will be full time with the baby.

The offer comes with a spacious private room with large windows in Mid-Levels near the escalator, choice of day off (Sat or Sun), discretionary 13th month bonus, annual trip home (once travel is feasible again), choice to eat from home or provide a food stipend, any other needs to be further discussed.
