Hire a helper to take care of kids

A family of 5, 1 new born baby 1 5 years old kid.
Job duties include
feeding baby
sending the older kid to school and pick up
teacher the older kid some english and a bit of homework
cleaning
cooking
play with kids a bit

A local part time helper will come during day time to help out with the new born, at night we will take care by ourselves.

There are a lot of work but we try to be reasonable, honesty and attitude is the most important element
