Honest and kind helper to join our family of 3

We're looking for a fast, honest and kind helper to join our family of 3 who speak fluent English. I'm a full-time mom of my 8 month-old baby, and need an extra pair of helping hands to handle household chores and daily cooking in a timely manner.

We respect the well-being and privacy of our helper, so the hired help will get her own private room and a full rest day every week.

The major duties for the first year are to 1) manage all baby chores and household chores e.g. washing baby & adult dishes, laundry, ironing, mopping the floor, sterilizing furniture and baby gears, to keep the house clean and in a good hygiene standard, so a detail-oriented candidate will be a good fit; 2) prepare healthy meals for the family, it's important to know how to follow a recipe and enjoy cooking. 3) Babysitting once per week is also expected for the first year, but I'll remain to be the major caregiver of the baby in the first year.

We hope the helper can take a bigger role in our son's life after the first year, to play and nurture him together. Experience with taking care of a toddler and good English are valued.
