kind-hearted honest helper needed

We are a couple in our 30s, we have a small cute dog (bichon frise), and are going to have a baby.
We are an easygoing couple, we would like to foster a good relationship with the helper, as she will be part of our family. I grew up with a helper whom has been working for my family for about 20 years until now. We love her, so it is our wish to be able to find a helper who is willing to help us wholeheartedly and in return she will receive our appreciation.
