Look after elderly parents, understand simple Chinese

Hi, my parents are living by themselves in a 500+ sq foot apartment. Both of them are physically healthy and around 80 years old. My mother still does every kind of household works on daily basis. I am looking for a helper to reduce my mother's burden. My father recently suffered from memory problem but shows no sign of bad temper. They lived by themselves in the past 10 years without any helper or assistance. However, as they grow older, they need someone to help with their daily routine. Two the most important requirements are willingness to taking care of elderly people and ability to speak simple Cantonese or Chinese (Mandarin). The bedroom which you will live in will be spacious.
