People with big Love and Care for kids

We are Japanese family with 2 kids (3y.o. and 1 y.o.), and I'm working full time and need a person who can take care of kids with big love and patience.
Main duty is to take care of my kids during my working hours. Other duties include laundry and dish washing on weekdays, and ironing and cleaning house on Saturday (I'll not ask to take care of kids on weekends).

1. experience of working in HK and now staying in hk
2. capable of all housechores
main duty is taking care of baby, but you need to do housechores such as cooking, cleaning bath room, ironning.
3. not play with smartphone when you are taking care of kids
4. I need to contact with your current or previous employer for your reference.

(Better to have)
1. working experience with Japanese
2. good cooking skills
3. can speak fluent English

Salary; 4500HKD (orientation period for first 1or 2 month )
