Second helper_Elderly take care

We are a family of six persons, including two children, husband wife, a lady, and one elderly person. We have one full time helper, we plan to add a second full time helper. Key responsibilities include taking care of elderly man (83 years), cooking and household chores. For now, elderly person is healthy and can do his own work. Cooking and all household responsibilities are to be shared with existing helper. Should be kind, and happy to take care of elderly person.
