Western-Asian Family with 1 newborn looking for a helper

We are a German-Thai family expecting a newborn in March 2021, hence, a total of 3 members. We are looking for a helper with years of experience with newborn and good recommendations. We would like someone kind, warm, reliable, trustworthy and friendly with day-to-day tasks. The first priority is to help taking care and looking after our newborn. Thus, the person must be kindhearted and love children in general. The person should be able to cook well and super clean, and organized (I.e. can manage all things related to cooking and housekeeping (cleaning, laundry, ironing) with ease) The main communicating language is English. If you could speak Mandarin, this will be a plus. We will provide you a private room.
