Direct Hire Domestic Helper in Hong Kong​

We are a family of four, plus our long-term domestic helper who has been a cherished part of our family for almost 10 years. To better manage our growing children's needs and household, we are looking for a second helper to join our team. This is a collaborative role where you will work alongside our existing helper to ensure a happy and smoothly run home. The primary focus will be on childcare and cooking, with general housework shared as a team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Childcare (Primary Focus )
• Provide full care for our 2-year-old daughter, including feeding, bathing, changing, and putting her to sleep.
• Supervise and engage our 8-year-old son with age-appropriate activities, assisting with getting ready for school, and light homework supervision.
• Plan and participate in creative and educational indoor/outdoor activities for both children.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for the children at all times.
2. Cooking (Important Duty)
• Plan and prepare daily, healthy, and balanced meals for the family (breakfast, lunch, and dinner).
• Prepare simple, nutritious meals suitable for a 2-year-old.
• Cook a variety of cuisines (Chinese and Western preferred).
• Manage grocery shopping and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
3. Team-Based Household Management
• Work closely with our existing helper to share all general housekeeping duties (cleaning, tidying, laundry, ironing) efficiently.
• Assist with grocery shopping and other errands as a team.

• Experience: Significant and verifiable experience in childcare, especially with toddlers.
Cooking Skills: A competent and willing cook, able to prepare healthy family meals.
