FT - Dynamic / Toddler (3-5 years old) exp / Kennedy Town

We are a family of 3 (2 adults + 34 months old toddler) living in Kennedy Town.
We are looking for a person who can support us to take care of our baby boy while we are at work. Husband might have to travel as well sometime. We are currently living in a small flat in Kennedy town with only 1 room. We will be looking for a new flat where the helper could come living with us in 2027 but in the meantime, we need her to live out until we finally settle.

YOU WILL
- be the only helper take care of the toddler + housework + cooking.
- live out at first. If good contact with us and once we find a new place, we will probably ask you to move in.
- work 6 days / week. Sunday off.
- agree on working hours: 7:00am to 8:30pm (Flexible and be discussed).
- agree on compensation (salary + cost of living out) at first. (To be discussed)
- follow directions from a mix cultural couple (French husband+ Chinese wife).
- update the family by sharing pictures and keeping the parents reassured.
- schedule some activity for the outside his school.
- organize some play date with other French kids.

MUST HAVE:
- Newborn and toddler experiences
- be on HK currently to run trial
- Patient with a positive attitude
- Be respectful, transparent and honest. Very important
- Active and ready to play with kids
- Good listener with organizational skills
- Healthy

It is our first child and we are still learning. We are looking for someone who can support us during our journey. We still need our independence and privacy, and we are looking for someone trustworthy and flexible for us to find the best way to work together. The selected person needs to be practical and stable in order to make the employer's life easier and less stressful.
We are flexible and willing to discuss with any interest party as long as we are both working with the same focus and interest of the toddler and the mother.
