Helper wanted - experiences with dogs and baby

My husband and I are expecting new born in 2027. We have 3 big dogs also.

We are looking for a helper that will have following responsibilities:
- Take care of dogs and walk them 2 - 3 times a day
- Clean home
- Assist to take care of baby

We are a respectful family and have always had good relationships with our helper. Our helper will be treated like a family member.
