We are a family of 2 adults and 1 grown-up kid and most time we are busy working outside. We need a descent lady helping us to work professionally during day-to-day work, with passion for life and pro-active communications/proposals made to make work more efficient:

1. College/university degree
2. Finished contract
3. Obedient and postive
4. Healthy, age around 35-45 preferred; no taller than 158cm and no heavier than 45kg
5. reliable and honest
6. MUST be good at making dumpling, baking and Chinese spicy food;
7. Good at ironing cloths and take care delicates carefully
8. Quality oriented - we do not mind if you take rest or enjoy other hobbies as long as you deliver a good quality

Key tasks -cleaning, cooking, sending and picking up child to/from school; other general helpers' tasks
