Indian couple looking for a kind hearted helper

We are a Indian family of 3 members, husband and wife, both working, living in Tsing Yi, and have 2yr8months old baby girl, who just started going to school. Looking for a helper with good experience of handling kids and with good recommendation from previous employers. We would prefer someone who's warm, friendly, eager to help with day-to-day tasks and flexible. Priority is taking care of the kid, cooking and she should be active and organized who can manage things related to cooking and housekeeping (clearing, laundry, ironing, etc) with ease.

Prior experience of working with an Indian family is plus not mandatory.

Cooking skills are important but not knowing Indian cooking is fine. We will teach with ease. Moreover, we prefer simple food on weekdays. And also we don't eat meat.

We would like someone who take care of the home as her own home and we will assure a family-like treatment
