Looking for a helper for 2 young children

I am a Western father looking for a friendly and organised helper for my family of two children, 5 year old girl and 2 year old boy.

The main duties will be:
-Taking care of the children,
-Taking the children to school/activities,
-Cooking meals,
-Cleaning, laundry, other housework.
