Looking for helper in HK

We are a family of 4 (2 adult, 1 toddler, 1 dog)

Looking for a helper with:
- at least 4 years of experience (preferably in HK with Chinese family) and good recommendation
- Able to chinese cooking, can bake or willing to learn, able to follow recipes online
- Loves dogs
- Good at cleaning and keeping the house tidy
- good at working independently and proactive at finding chores
- good verbal english
