Looking for a helper

Our family consists of 3 people, including a 3-year-old child.

We are looking for a helper who:

Properly speaks English and has good recommendations

Treats the child with gratitude almost every day, despite everything, and is willing to sign a contract

Our focus is on how well and warmly the child is cared for. We want someone capable of handling heavy cleaning and cooking, as well as the ability to manage their own time.

Someone with experience babysitting is a plus.

No one is willing to accept compensation; we want an accepting, attentive listener
