Looking For Kind hearted Helper for Chinese family

My family:
1. My family has one 12 years old daughter, one 19 months old girl and newborn baby.
2. Eldest daughter is occasionally to come back home.
3. My husband works in Central in financial industry from Monday to Friday.
4. We live in Discovery Bay. By ferry 25 mins from Central, Or transfer bus 10 minutes from Sunny Bay MTR station.
5. Our family is Catholic and Christian.


Offer:
1. Salary is $6,000 to 7,500 per month, pending on helper's education and experience.
2. I pay $300 extra transport fee per month for helper day off transport.
3. If the helper does not like our food, she can cook her own food at our expense.
4. The helper can have Sunday day off or day off she chose. She can have all public holidays.
5. The helper has her own bedroom/share with a kid.
6. The helper has her own bathroom including all toiletries.
7. We will treat helper as our own family.


Requirements:

1. Honest, responsible, easy going, good character and trustworthy.
2. Must know good parenting and patient with kids.
3. Love kids, babies and pets, can look after them well and treat them as their own.
4. At least 4 years' experience and can communicate good English.
5. Cooking, Cleaning, Ironing, marketing, etc. Normal household works as every family. Our standard is average as most family and share the work with a co helper.
6. Know how to cook Chinese and western foods, or at least will to learn.
7. Finished contract or terminated contact with good reason in Hong Kong.
8. Degree/Diploma preferred but not necessary.
9. Must be 45 years old and below.
