Scottish and Chinese family looking for a helper

We are looking for someone who can help me to manage our home which is 1400 sqft, a garden and 2cars and 2 dogs

We have 2 kids, one is 10 year old girl and the other one is 14 year old boy. I am looking for someone who loves kids and dogs and at least know basic cooking

Your main duties would be-

Managing the house, garden and cars
Taking care of the dogs
Cooking
Look after the kids

You will have your own room, performance bonus, birthday day offs
