Experienced Domestic Helper (Newborn care is a must!)

All,

We are a couple with newborn coming early 2027 based on Hong Kong. We will be looking to hire a domestic helper to help us primarily taking care of our newborn during the day but also help on the cooking (including groceries) and the cleaning of our flat.

We will give priority to experienced helpers with newborn care including references from previous employers.

Key Requirements
- Experience: Proven, hands-on experience caring for newborn babies (0–12 months).
- References: Must be able to provide verifiable reference letters/contact numbers from previous employers.
- Organization & Time Management: Highly organized, punctual, and respectful of time - time management is crucial for our daily routine as both parents would be working.

Skills:
- Newborn care expertise (bathing, feeding, burping, sterilizing bottles, soothing, and establishing routines).
- Good cooking skills (capable of following recipes, preparing daily family meals, and handling grocery shopping).
- Reliable housekeeping, laundry, and general home cleaning.

Personality: Patient, loving, honest, hygienic, and responsible. We need someone who is not afraid of speaking out and creating a good dynamic in our household as we believe in transparent communication.

Living Arrangement Note:
Please note that you will be required to live out at the start of your employment (housing allowance will be provided as per agreement). We will eventually move to a new 3-bedroom flat, at which point helper will move in-house.

Employment Terms:
Off Days: Sundays / Statutory holidays (or as mutually agreed).
Salary: Offer commensurate with experience (HKD approx. 5,300 per month)
