I need a temp domestic helper for 2-3months only

Im alone a 59 year old filipino lady working here in madina. I can hardly walk due to lower back problem thus needa helper to clean house, do laundy, dish washing, cooking with my instruction, and otger domestic works. To assists me also in going for theraphy. A friendly, hardworking, trustworthy helper. Not necessary to be filipina. Other nationality also welcome. I need urgently.
