Looking for a house keeper who has experience

We are a family consisting of a couple and a one-year-old child. I am looking for a muslim housekeeper becuse i am living in mecca and i want with experience in childcare, who speaks English and has some basic cooking skills to help me prepare my child's meals. I also want her to be patient.
