Main Requirements
* Experience: Minimum 4 years with good references.
* Personality: Kind, warm, and proactive.
* Childcare: Primary focus. Must enjoy reading with a child, helping with homework, and taking her to classes.
* Cooking: Must be a great cook who can manage meal planning and the grocery list.
* Cleaning: High standards for housekeeping (vacuuming, mopping, laundry, and ironing).
