Looking for domestic helper for a family of 4, starts in Oct

We are a family of 4 members, with 2 kids 4 and 7 years old. Looking for helper with at least 4 years experience and good recommendation. We would like someone who can look after my children, a great cook (especially Chinese cuisine), love children, honest, no borrow money record, experienced, organised, clean and with good manners. You must be a non-smoker.
