Looking for a helper taking care of our one year-old baby

We are family of 3 member, my partner from Germany and I, from China, and an 1yr boy.
The main duty is to take care of our 1yr old boy when I am not available, and can also help maintain our flat, including cleaning, ironing.
Therefore, experience with infant is needed, cooking baby vegetarian food is preferable but not a must.
We are a vegetarian family, living in lamma. Offering a proper room for sleep.
