Family of 3 (European & Hong Kong parents) with one 4-year-old, expecting 2nd child in Nov. Singapore PRs, stable long-term family. Current helper of 4 years returning home after 10+ years in SG.

Main duties:
Childcare for 4-year-old + newborn support later
Cooking, groceries & cleaning
Hands-on parents, helper won't manage 2 children alone full-time
