Babysitting a 8 year old and 1 year old and house cleaning

We are a family of 4, we have 8 year old and 1 year old kids . Educated and respectful attitude is the culture of the house . We are hiring a Nanny/Housekeeper to take care of our kids and help with house chores like cooking, cleaning and ironing. We're open to teach her the skills needed as long as she's respectful, friendly and honest.
The most important task we need to highly serve is interacting with the little ones in a playful and patient manner. We see our helper as a member of our family and hope she does as well.

We live in a 3 bedroom apartment.

Tasks:

1- Caring for the children daily (playing, reading stories, interacting patiently and cheerfully, getting dressed and helping with meals)

2- Cleaning chores (vacuuming, mopping and tidying up)

3- Ironing and folding clothes

4- Cooking (on your own or by following recipes) 2-3 days a week
