Looking for a babysitter

I am a mother to a wonderful, kind, loving, and gentle daughter who brings joy to everyone around her. I am looking for an educated companion/nanny who genuinely enjoys spending time with children and helping them learn and grow.

Preferably university educated, with a background in education, child development, or special education. She should be warm, patient, cheerful, clean, responsible, and emotionally supportive.

My priority is finding someone who will build a meaningful bond with my daughter through play, conversation, learning, creativity, and daily engagement with kindness and respect.
