Looking for house maid and Elder care companion

We are a family of 6 members, Father 82 years old (needs a special care due to a previous brain stroke's ).Mother 71 years old , two girls 38 years&35 years in addition to two boys 30 years and 28 years. All living in one floor 300 square meters villa.
Looking for a Female helper with:
At least one year work experience in dealing with housekeeping and non-medical support service that provides companionship and daily assistance to old man at home or outside, ensuring comfort, safety, Personal cleanliness and emotional well-being.
Priority is looking after our Father caring.
We have a independent room for helper.
Ability to talk in Arabic (even slightly) would be preferable
