looking for a housemaid help

We are a family of 4, two parents and two children ( 8, 4 years)
We are seeking a helper, doing cleaning, cloths washing and ironing, preparing food for cooking, work hours wont exceed 7-8 a day, and our previous maid had to leave because she reached age ( 45) with abdominal issues or she would still be with us.
