Looking for Nanny and household help

We are a family of 3 members — Husband, Wife, and a 16-month-old toddler.
We currently have a driver and one helper in the house.

Looking for a helper with:

At least 3–4 years of experience and strong recommendations.

1–2 years of college education or a college degree preferred.

Good English communication skills.

Someone very well-organized, educated, patient, and caring.

Warm, trustworthy, and proactive in managing daily routines.

Priority is caring for our toddler.
The main responsibility will be working as a Nanny — ensuring our child's safety, development, daily routine, and overall well-being.

In addition, we are looking for someone who can support with light household organization and coordination, working alongside the existing household staff to ensure everything runs smoothly.
