Helper for expecting couple in East Coast

We're a couple (Singaporean & American) expecting our first baby (EDD 28 Dec). We'd love a transfer helper who:
• has newborn experience, speaks good English, and can handle night support at the start
• is comfortable with an old dog, 15yrs old visits part-time
• is fit for a 4-storey walk-up (e.g. carrying baby/diaper bag safely)
• helps with cooking/cleaning/laundry

Strong preference for candidates whose current employers are leaving Singapore and can provide direct references
